20X50 Home Plan Details

Area Details

As You Can See In The Image The Total Site Area is 1000Sq. Ft.
The Ground Floor Total Built-Up Area is 746.4 Sq. Ft. and First Floor Built-up Area is 856Sq.ft.

The Total Built-Up Area For 20×50 House Plan is 746.4 + 856 = 1602.4 Sq. Ft.

For the Ventilation Purpose of the house, we have provided two OTS(Open to Sky) as Shown In the plan.

The front setback is of the house is 6 feet. We haven’t provided setbacks from the sides as the width of the plot was 20 feet only.

Ground Floor Plan

Number Of Bedrooms: 01 with attached washroom
Dining and Drawing Room are Provided at the Ground Floor Plan with a Common Washroom
Kitchen Has an area of 9’4″ by 12′ with an attached store of 6 feet by 4 feet
The Staircase is Provided from inside the house.

First Floor Plan

Number Of Bedrooms: 03, Two with Attached washroom and one with common washroom(shown is floor plan)
