Floor Plan
Ground Floor Plan Details
Now I am going to Explain about the floor plan,
The house is a Single Story Plan and consists of
A Single Kitchen, a Drawing Room, two-bedroom, two washrooms in which one is attached and one is common and a Dinning room.
The floor plan has 2 bedrooms in which one is attached to the washroom.
The plan also consists of a store and an OTS(open to sky) provided at the backside of Plot.
The parking area available is 10’x22′ which can be used to park a large 4 wheel vehicle.

As Shown In Above Layout the numbers of Columns Provided are total 15 in Numbers
In which 10 columns are of 12’X9″ and
5 Columns are 9″X9″.

Stairs Plan
The Stairs Consist of Total 20 Risers and 19 Treads and the Story Height is 10 feets
Therefore, The riser height is 6 inches and the tread width is 10 inches.
The Total Width of Staircase is 4 feet, and the Landing is of 4 Feet with a height of 96 inches.
3D MODEL
The 30×50 home design 3 Dimensional Model is Created using Revit Architecture which is shown above and rendered using Lumion Software.
