Details Of Floor Plan

Number Of Stories: 02

Total Number of Bedrooms: 05 | 02 on Ground Floor | 03 on the First Floor

Kitchen Is available on both the stories with bigger size on the ground floor and small on the first floor

We have 03 washrooms on the ground floor and first floor each with 02 washrooms attached and 01 common as shown in the above floor plan

We have a Dinning and drawing separate on the Ground Floor plan and a Living Room on the First Floor

The Stairs are provided in such a way that it does not disturb the ground floor members

We have a two-car parking space and a front lawn

For Lighting and ventilation purpose we have provided setback from the back and left side of the house
also, an OTS is provided
