Now let’s take a look at our 44×64 residential project
44X64 House Design Floor Plan
Ground Floor Plan
As you can see the plan is 44 feet wide and 64 feet in depth.
The total area of the plot is 2816Sq. Ft.
As you can see when you enter the main gate you get a car paring of 18’2″X15’3″.
From the parking area, you get one entrance door which leads you to the lobby.
You can access the stairs through the lobby, the stairs are in circular form and are in an anticlockwise direction.
From the lobby, you can go to the drawing cum dining and towards the lounge.
We get three-bedroom at the Ground floor in which each has its attached washroom and dressing room.
There is one other common washroom attached to the lobby which is accessible for all the members and guests.
For the Ventilation and Sunlight purpose, we have left a setback area from the left and backside of the plot.

The First Floor Plan is the same as Ground Floor Plan.
