Method 01: Convert Feet Inches Drawing To Meter
In This Method, we have a Feet Inches Drawing
And we will be showing both Feet Inches and Meters Unit In one.

Steps To be Followed
First, Go to Dimension Style Manager by Pressing D(enter)
Second, Create a New Dimension Style by clicking on New Button and name it whatever you want.
Now, Click On Apply Modify Button.
After that, you need to go to the Alternate Unit and tick in front of the alternate unit.
Then you need to set the Unit Type to Decimal and Precision Whatever you want.
Next, Go to Scale Factor And enter 0.0254 as 1inch= 0.0254m
Then Goto Suffix And Type M for Meters
Then Simply Click on Ok and Measure Your Dimension. It’s Done.
Method 02: Displaying Primary Unit as Meters
This Method, we will only display the Meters Unit.

First, Go to Dimension Style Manager by Pressing D(enter)
Second, Create a New Dimension Style by clicking on New Button and name it whatever you want.
Now, Click On Apply Modify Button.
After that, you need to go to the Primary Unit
Then you need to set the Unit Type to Decimal and Precision Whatever you want.
Next, Go to Scale Factor And enter 0.0254 as 1inch= 0.0254m
Then Goto Suffix And Type M for Meters
Then Simply Click on Ok and Measure Your Dimension. It’s Done.
Method 03: Converting The whole Drawing to Meter
In this method, we will change the overall feet inches drawing to Meters

Copy the main Drawing File and paste it to a new drawing sheet with unit formate set to meters.
Now Scale the drawing as shown in Video.
